Restoring a purchase

Open the store in the Game and tap Restore purchases. The Game asks the App Store what this Apple Account has bought and puts it back on your account. If the purchases belong to an older account you played on as a guest, you are shown exactly what will move before anything happens.

If the purchases belong to an account that is signed in with Game Center, sign in with that Game Center account instead — purchases follow the account that owns them.

Deleting your account

In the Game: Options → Account → Delete account. It works for guest accounts as well. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone: unspent tokens and any remaining pass are lost. Records of purchases are kept in a form no longer linked to a playable account, because financial records must be retained by law — see the privacy policy.

Ads and your privacy choices

Where consent is required (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), Google's consent form appears before any ad loads. To change your answer later, open Options → Account → Privacy choices. The Game never asks to track you across other apps and requests non-personalised ads.

Reporting a player

There is a Report player button in the multiplayer lobby and in the in-game menu (Esc). Pick the player, tick what happened, and send. Reports are read by the operator; we may rename an account, reset a rating or suspend an account. We do not report back on what was decided about another player.

Trouble connecting

• Online play needs an internet connection; LAN play needs both devices on the same network, and on iPhone the Game asks for local-network permission the first time.
• If a match will not start, check that every player runs the same version of the Game.
• If the problem persists, write to us with your platform, your version and the approximate time — server logs make it much easier to find.
